Louise Cooper2023-08-01A must visit salon. A really personable place to go get pampered, I go for my hair to be coloured, (treatment) wash & cut by Karelle, however all the stylists are great! They do every beauty treatment you could want/need, nails seems to be very popular, I've booked a pedicure for my holiday & I'm going to try a massage next too so will review again after that. Karelle has been looking after my hair for 7 years and brought it back from extremely damaged to beautifully shiny and strong, Im never disappointed. They have a wide choice of refreshments, non-alcoholic & alcoholic & specialist coffees and teas. Their appointment system is helpful with online arranging and rearranging of appointments with reminders sent out however you want them.
Nina Burkett2023-05-24Have not been coming to 'the rooms' for long however this salon is great, the staff are lovely and friendly. I have however had my hair cut by Karelle for years and this time i decided to get my hair dyed professionally for the first time. Karelle did a balayage and spent hours on it, it's beautiful and so skillfully done! I also have thick Asian hair so it's definitely not easy to work with. Definitely recommend Karelle to anyone and have done in the past! So professional and has the skills to match!
